Delivery

We understand that delivery is an important part of your project. We always work closely with you to meet site timings and project requirements.

 

What delivery options are available?


We offer standard deliveries for our products via our trusted transport providers. You can also request FORS delivery and next day delivery for quick turnaround options (conditions apply). Spare part deliveries are different to product deliveries. See here for more information on spare part delivery costs.

How much is delivery?


Delivery is free of charge to mainland UK for product package deliveries based on our normal lead times for the following products: 


If flues and optional extras (e.g. controls, unvented kits and pipekits) are ordered separately to the main product then delivery will be chargeable. 

We price additional deliveries depending on the size and weight of the product, up to a maximum of £45. For information on delivery prices please talk to us.

For pressure jet boilers (Ensbury, Melbury C, Melbury HE) and Arne Economisers, carriage is charged extra and is priced on application. Please get in touch for a quote and lead time.

 

How long will delivery take?

As we are a UK manufacturer we can make our products to order. We also hold a stock of most of our core product ranges so we can supply products to meet your site schedule. 

We understand that some products are needed on site quickly to help with replacements and to enable you to keep your buildings open. To support you, we can deliver our water heaters, calorifiers and wall hung boilers on a next day delivery (dependent on stock availability, charges apply, order cut-off 12pm).
