Get heard in the Hamworthy Heating customer survey

With customer care at the heart of everything we do, we’re inviting customers to take part in our survey to help give us a better understanding of how we can continue to deliver on the Hamworthy Heating brand, products and services.
Designed to identify how we can continue to meet the needs of both existing and prospective customers; we’ll be sending out survey invitations via email over the next 6-8 weeks.
Split into easy-to-read and answer sections, the survey will be used to identify our customer’s needs and existing knowledge of Hamworthy products and services. It will also include a short series of questions to identify the key influences linked to product selection before concluding with a few simple questions on low-carbon technologies and training preferences.
As part of our focus on brand awareness, the survey will also help us to identify customer communication and information feedback and preferences so that we can make sure we’re supplying the right information, in the right way, at the right time!
At the end of the survey, some respondents may be invited to participate in a future Hamworthy Round Table event. Furthermore, we will donate £5 per response to either Just One Ocean, Dog’s Trust, or Macmillan Cancer Support as a thank-you for taking part in our survey and for helping to shape the future of Hamworthy.
